We Are All About Family:
Our ministry is to grow the family of God by helping people discover and develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Our morning worship service is for the entire family, age K5 through Senior Adults. We believe it is important for families to worship together. Childcare is provided for birth through 4-years old.
Crosswell Baptist Church is a Southern Baptist Convention church. We are a strong Bible teaching and Bible preaching church. Our services are a blend of traditional and contemporary. We have a group for every age in our Sunday School program on Sunday mornings.
We have a very active children's ministry that includes an AWANA program for children. We also have a vibrant youth ministry for 7th through 12th graders. Our senior adults, known as the Keenagers, are very active with monthly fellowships and various trips throughout the year.
Our mission is to reach people for Jesus Christ; mature them in their relationship with the Lord; and provide a nurturing environment of growth for all ages.
Our Staff
Charles Owens, Pastor
Charles is a graduate of the University of South Alabama and received his Master of Divinity degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been at Crosswell since April of 2004.
Cameron Wilson, Children's Minister
Cameron is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and received a Masters in Christian Ministry from North Greenville University. Cameron has been at Crosswell since October of 2007.
Nathan Timmons, Youth Minister
Nathan began attending Crosswell as a youth and met his wife while he was an active participant in the youth group. The church called Nathan to be our youth minister in March of 2009. He is currently working on a degree through Liberty Seminary.
